Come unplug from the noise for a couple of hours and give your mind, body, and spirit some room to just BE. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

We’ll begin the evening immersed in the calming vibrations of a sound bath, allowing you to settle, decompress, and quiet some of the outside noise. From there, we’ll transition into a guided meditation intentionally created for deeper reflection, release, and reconnection
